To all having trouble with a station from a particular locale QRMing the
net, record his comments, activity, and forward to ARRL interference task
forces.
For nulling out as best you can, (if he is not between you and the other net
stations), try a Moxon rectangle, and easy to build homebrew wire beam, or
wire and tubing. It has a very great front to back ratio for its size, and
gain commensurate with a full sized Yagi without being unwieldy.
The driven element and reflector bend toward each other, almost touching.
It saves some distance on the width normally required for two elements at
20m, and the spacing is close spaced.
