Short Wave Radio Data Files
        This ILGRadio database covers all short wave stations of the
        world with their up-to-date schedules effective for the first week
        of the new Summer 2002, effective from April 2002
        until May 4th 2002. All schedules of this A02 season of the
        External Services are based on final schedules.
        Nearly all data are additionaly verfied by ILG Monitoring !
        The current file covers approx. 2000 stations of 170 countries.

This is the file you want to download and then convert.
