I have just installed the internal tuner in my Jupiter. First we down loaded
1.19 into the Jupiter, and then loaded the 2 programs that came on a disc
with the tuner. That appeared to work ok. I then installed the tuner per
instructions and when on turning the rig back on there is no display. The
display light lights up but it is blank. When checking it on the computer it
says communication with the radio has failed. Turning on the rig with a
button held in does nothing (that is what they tell you to do to reset). Has
anyone had this problem? Any advice other than to call the service
