The jumper is located on the LOGIC Board just to the left of U7 and
below R13. Snip the jumper and it transmitts from about 1.7MHz to
29.999Mhz.
As to the AGC being too fast I agree. Change C46 on the IF/AF board
from 10 MFD to 15 MFD. Maybe 20MFD if you like it real slow. This does
not effect fast AGC nor does it change the attack time of the AGC. It
is still fast.
