Hi All. I just got a Omni VI and discovered that in CW mode it is
receiving lower sideband. I am accustomed to USB receive on CW, wherein
tuning upward through the band, signals enter the passband with a high
pitch and then move towards zero beat as you continue to tune upward. It
seems like some minor modifications to the CONTROL BOARD (like maybe
moving D8 from the LSB line to the USB line) could acheive USB CW
receive. There might also need to be some small mods done to the BFOs on
the audio board. I wonder if anyone has tried this, or does everybody
just get used to LSB.
