Warren,

The DSP chip is an Analog Devices,  16  bit unit,  model
# ADSP2181KS-133 per the 340 manual.

Note that this is the same chip "family" of DSP used within
the Timewave Tech DSP-599zx accessory unit;
Timewave specifies use of an "ADSP2181 with 80 kB
of memory".
