This is a plum for the collector!  Check out item #1204614388 under Ham
Radio - Accessories on EBAY.  This is an item not often seen anywhere.  It
is the companion remote VFO to the first two Ten-Tec rigs; a tube
transmitter, TX-100 and a solid state receiver, RX-10.  Only a few dozen
made.
