I'm not sure how the numbering system works but I have a Centurion sn
40A10072 I bought in April 1992 and I had a Scout sn 07A10323 which I
bought in July 1993. My Paragon is 90B10521 and was purchased late in
1991. It appears the last digit is the year of manufacture and the
first two digits might have something to do with the month. I don't
know the significance of the A1 and B1 but the the three digits
following seem to be a serial number.
