I have both Heil -4 and -5 elements, problem is, I do not
know which is which! One is a bit "deeper" in physical height,
and has a larger sound hole in the top; other is a bit thinner,
and a noticeably smaller sound hole -- if that is what you call
the hole in the top of the elements, hi.
I would guess the -4 is the smaller unit, but not sure.
Anyway, the guys on the local afternoon gab net on 40
say the larger element "sounds" better, more as I sound
in person, they say, so would guess that is the -5. However,
they also say the TT 705 is without doubt the best audio of the
three.
