I have on several occasions had problems with UPS damaging equipment. After
a lengthy wait for them to act I lodged a formal complaint to the State
Attorney General's Office. The response was quite swift after that. On one
delivery UPS left my Omni VI in a carport about 60 feet from the house and I
did not find it for three days, by that time the container was soaked from
rain. UPS has definitely lost its touch. I have found the Post office a
better method for smaller articles. Nothing is perfect. ....JOe
