[TenTec] Second request for help -- Scout problem -- freqchanges when I touch the front panel

-----I will suggest you take the radio apart and make sure inside bonding
screws
are good and snug.
The stray capacitance around the VFO/PTO makes the frequency move.
Put you hand close to the dial skirt, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THINGS GROUNDED
WELL  AROUND THE FRONT PANEL AND VFO FREQUENCY WILL CHANGE A BUNCH.,
