Hello Jim,
I have owned the #253 tuner for a few years and have not had any problems
with it. I have used it with the Omni IV, Hercules II amp and the Titan
amp. I would consider a fair price for a used one to be somewhere
between $600-$700. Some factors to consider might be age of the unit,
condition, whether the owner was and smoker or non-smoker. Hope this
