[TenTec] Ten-Tec 540 (Triton IV) stuck dial

I have done several of the PTO rebuilds myself. 
All have turned out just fine. It is a little
tricky when you do it for the first time. 

Just make sure you put enough of that greese
into mechanism. The PTO runs on greese.
