Omni-VI Main Tuning Noise

My Omni-VI main tuning knob has suddenly developed an irritating squeak when 
I am rotating it.  

Anyone have 'quick fix' or solution to the problem?
Other than "don't rotate the knob." hi...

I haven't called Ten-Tec yet.  I thought I would check here first.
