Headphones for best S/N on Scout / OMNI

Just a note - I got the $15 on sale Rad Shack stereo headphones (padded)
and they are fairly hi fi and yet work very nicely with my OMNI VI,
no objectionable stuff in the sound.  I am happy with them.
