Hi FQP Faithful,
I am forwarding this terrific analysis that Chuck NO5W did today showing
how and when FQP County Sweeps on each mode can be achieved, given the
current County Activations submitted so far.
*For our FL Ops* - if you haven't done so already **please* submit* your
County Activations using the forms for each day at:
https://floridaqsoparty.org/counties/
We hope you enjoy this brief but insightful analysis; Chuck will provide
periodic updates (tnx again Chuck S. !).
Additionally, K0RC will be providing a more detailed Worksheet for County
hunting and much more as FQP approaches (tnx Chuck C. !)
We're very fortunate to have such amazing tools at our disposal.
Tnx es vy 73/OJ,
Chris, NX4N

Subject: Ability to Achieve a FQP Sweep
To: NX4N <cqdenx4n@gmail.com>
Looking at the Counties on the Air Maps at 2:30pm CDT on April 15 reveals
the following regarding ability to achieve a Sweep in the FQP for each type
of operator:
*Mixed Mode Operators:*
- Saturday Sweep: IS achievable
- Weekend Sweep if did not succeed on Saturday: IS achievable but it is
critical to have worked Gulf, Duval, Nassau on Saturday
*CW Only Operators:*
- Saturday Sweep: IS achievable
- Weekend Sweep if did not succeed on Saturday: IS achievable but it is
critical to have worked Gulf, Duval, Nassau, and Clay on Saturday
*SSB Only Operators:*
- Saturday Sweep: IS NOT achievable (missing Madison, Hamilton, Columbia)
- Weekend Sweep: is achievable but it is critical to have worked the
following on Saturday: Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington,
Gulf, Nassau, Duval, St. Johns, Putnam, Flagler, Hardee, St.Lucie
Of course all of this could change with the addition of more operators --
that's your job!
