Thanks to everyone who clarified what Scott was talking about. This 
happens in just about every contest and has for years.  It even happened 
before contest sponsors added assisted categories. Why single out NAQP 
only now? DX contests have some of the worst offenders (mostly 
inexperienced DX stations who really aren't contesters) that operate 
this way.  My solution to this problem is just to move on and work 
someone else who signs their callsign properly.
