Barry:
Yes, the WRTC callsign format was announced in advance. A list of all callsigns
that would be QRV in the contest was published about a day before the event
started.
The callsign N2NT was indeed QRV in the contest, but he was not the operator.
The operator was N2NC per the 3830 submission.
