The organizers have just announced that the organizers' spotting of WRTC 
competitors will be done with a spotter callsign of I49N.  This means 
that those who use ARCluster V6 will be able to retain their filtering 
for local spot origin by adding "or spotter=I49N" to the end of their 
local spot filter.
