Assuming that the data being looked up is the station's state, the QRZ FCC
callsign database is not 100% correct. Contesters borrow callsigns, guest op
or use stations that are not at their FCC mailing address. In fact in the US
and territories, the FCC address may show a completely different DXCC
country than where the station is. The only accurate information is what is
sent during the QSO. It should be pretty easy to ask for a repeat if the
info was not copied.
