Hi Art
A minor correction on NF, LB (Newfoundland and Labrador)
According to RAC Winter contest rules, VO1/VO2 is one single mult - NL
Here is the full list as extracted from the contest rules:
Nova Scotia [*NS*] (VE1, VA1, CY9, CYØ);
Quebec [*QC*] (VE2, VA2);
Ontario [*ON*](VE3, VA3);
Manitoba [*MB*] (VE4, VA4);
Saskatchewan [*SK*] (VE5, VA5);
Alberta [*AB*] (VE6, VA6);
British Columbia [*BC*] (VE7, VA7);
Northwest Territories [*NT*] (VE8);
New Brunswick [*NB*] (VE9);
Newfoundland and Labrador [*NL*] (VO1, VO2);
Nunavut [*NU*] (VYØ);
Yukon [*YT*] (VY1);
Prince Edward Island [*PE*] (VY2).

any?) are all separate mults./

Some ARRL contests (e,g., SS, 160M) use ARRL and RAC Sections. Thus, MDC,
MAR, NL, and NT are each a single mult, but Ontario, California,
Washington, New York, etc., each comprise multiple Sections. The Ontario
and Maritime Sections are what is going to change. (Gee! We just got used
to ON being broken up into four Sections.)
Some ARRL (and other) contests use states or states+DC, and count VI, PR,
HI and AK various ways.
The RAC contests -- Winter and Canada Day -- use Canadian Provinces and
Territories as mults. Thus, ON is a single mult, but YU, NU, NF, LB, NB,
NS (did I forget any?) are all separate mults. And the change to separate
Secions for the Maritime provinces won't affect that -- they are already
separate mult's.

I am under the impression that RAC has added some new sections that will
become effective January 1, 2023, so doesn't effect this particular contest
but will do so for several contests next year. ARRL would add them to
Sweepstakes for example. Does anyone have info on this?
