You can get the Aeron chairs 2nd hand pretty easily in like-new
condition. I've bought a couple of those from National Office
Liquidators in Phoenix and they were in perfect condition. Not cheap
used, but over the 5 years I've had the pair, i've yet to have a single
butt or back issue even in long contest hauls.

I agree with Michael Adams about the use of a gaming chair from SecretLabs
https://secretlab.co/collections/gaming-chairs. I have had one for over a
year now and it is the best chair I have ever had (79 years old). Even
there I did not skimp on features. I bought a Titan model. Check out
features such as 4-way adjustable arms vs. 3-way and anything else to suit
your individual needs..
BTW, I discovered that lowering the chair so that my feet were comfortable
on the floor was better than the usually recommended settings. You will
find it feeling low and it will be harder to get out of, but the long-term
comfort wins out.

FWIW, awhile back I picked up a "gaming chair" from SecretLabs. They
aren't cheap, but they are less expensive than Aeron Millers. I liked it
so much for my shack that I picked up another for my work/surfing space in
my family room.
I came across SecretLabs by virtue of being at/near the top of most
"recommended gaming chairs" online. (Gamers and streamers have similar BIC
concerns as contesters.) And while mine is firmer than I initially
expected (and someone lacking padding on their derrière might find the seat
uncomfortable), I've been quite comfortable while at work and while playing
radio.
I used to go through generic cheap office chairs, but the two SecretLabs
chairs I've picked up have held up very, very well.
They're available in a few different sizes. When I was shopping, I came
across detailed dimensions on their website, which is how I got comfortable
with the idea of buying a chair online.
Admittedly different people desire different things from their chairs, so
what's worked for me might not work for others. But I really like my
chairs.
