Anyone else peeked at the Sep/Oct issue of NCJ yet (available from the
QSO Magazines web site/app)? Updated rules are also at
https://ncjweb.com/NAQP-Rules.pdf. Major change seems to be the
addition of a Single Operator Assisted category. Given typical lead
times, I suspect this must have been in the works before the recent
thread on this subject.
