As incoming California QSO Party (CQP) Chairman this year, I propose the
following changes to the CQP 2021 rules and awards.

I welcome your feedback in email on any of the proposed changes. The
changes are not final. You have the opportunity to influence the CQP 2021
rules and awards. I will present your feedback to the CQP organizing team
when we meet next week to make a final decision on CQP 2021 rules and
awards.
To reduce the possibility of a rules debate on cq-contest, I thank you in
