I've had loads of hassle with this hardware over the years and wish
I'd not bothered investing in it.
I initially got help from the owner and then the emails went
unanswered as the problems remained unsolved.
Some of the hardware refused to talk on the network (firmware issues),
the network communication stability was poor, only part of the
software actually worked (the 4 square control code didn't work at
all) and the software kept crashing for no apparent reason.
I've basically given up.
Your mileage may vary. Buyer beware.

I suggest that you pose these questions to the Help button on the
Hamation site. I did that a couple of weeks ago and got a very prompt
response in a few hours from the ham who owns the company.
