[CQ-Contest] Log analysis in postprocessing, just other tools

Hi,
on the link https://ik4lzh.mazzini.org you can find some easy to use tools
that compute the score and the time breakdown of different contests, by
starting from the cabrillo file.

I am writing these tools to compute the score when I am using a logging
program without contest support in not "structured" contest partecipation
but also to perform post analysis of breakdown by means of the creation of
csv file with the following rows format: AAAA-MM-DD:HHMM,cumulative
qsos,cumulative points,cumulative multipliers.

Feel free to use it and to send me any feedback in order to make
corrections or improvements.
