[CQ-Contest] 2BSIQ Time Percentage

Hi All,

I developed a small code on VBA Excel to roughly calculate the 
percentage of 2BSIQ time over the contest ON-time. If the operator did 
the entire contest in 2BSIQ, the percentage may then indicate the 
'efficiency' of his band selections.
The tool also generates a 'map' of contest minutes with color coding 
(Red for 2BSIQ/Band-Change minute, Yellow for Single radio or minute 
with single band QSOs, Black for minute without QSOs).
I found this useful for me to track my progress maximizing the use of 
2BSIQ (I used to focus on a single band when pileups get big and 
unmanageable).
