[CQ-Contest] New York QSO Party - This Saturday - October 17

All 62 NY counties should be on the air this year.  In addition, there are 
several mobiles planning trips across the state.  The plaques are great and 
there are tons of them.  Special thanks to the NYQP Sponsors!  We'll set
