Hello all,

I pulled out a compass that had the offset for magnetic north from true north.  
In 1980 the offset was 6 degrees (East of north).  Now according to the BBC 
article it is at approximately 356 or over Siberia.  So it has traveled  10 
degrees to west of true north.
