[CQ-Contest] Getting dinged for the other guy bad copy.

I get dinged because somebody mistyped the number?  I get dinged because the 
guy transposed the last two letters of my call when he typed it?  I had nothing 
to do with the fact he typed it wrong even though "we as a team" made a good 
contact.
Dumb rule.
