[CQ-Contest] NAQP SSB Preliminary Scores posted on NCJ web site

The August NAQP SSB preliminary results are now available on the NCJ web
site, www.ncjweb.com/naqp/. Participants should check their scores and
categories. If they find anything wrong or scores are way off contact me so
I can investigate and resolve no later than Sept 28. I can be reached at
