I was the original poster in this thread. Yes, I was posting to the WRTC
website. W6FB suggested that I add a 0 at the end of each line. I
resubmitted, and the log was accepted. This should not have been
necessary -- I was single op, single TX.
I found it quite frustrating that there was no "contact us" link on the
WRTC website.

The header looks OK. I suspect there is some other issue in the file. It
seems you were trying to submit via the WRTC upload page. All logs submitted
to the ARRL/IARU web upload page by 1600z were also used for WRTC checking.
