All,

Just to be clear, I ask that we keep this discussion to facts
and/or valuable sources of information. Posting messages with personal
opinions about what may or may not have happened here and there is not
useful.

In addition to the NCCC, a few other clubs have asked to publicly post
their positions to the contest community, which is very welcome.

Moderating is hard. :-)
