This LED dimmer apparently switches at 96 kHz, so it's very different from a conventional triac dimmer. I'll let you know if the Levitron on I bought solves the problem.

Hi Scott,

In general, Lutron dimmers, at least those made for use with incandescent lighting, have a long established reputation for being FRI-quiet, and Lutron for having engineers who are RFI-savvy. Hopefully that has not changed.

I just tracked down a bad RFI source to a neighbor's LED dimmer switch. I'm not sure whether the problem is generic or a sample defect, but I'd rather replace it with another brand. (It's a Lutron.) There's a Levitron model which claims to have RFI filtering. Does anyone know whether that one, or any other, is quiet? (Must be LED compatible.)
