They are NOT dual CQing. That would be a violation of the rules.
DUAL CQing would mean they are CQing at the same time.
Think about "DUAL citizenship"
Think about "DUAL universes"
Think about "DUAL responsibility"
Think about "DUAL ownership"
All of these signify "at the same time."
The correct term for what OO and MJ (and NT and others) are doing is called
DUELING CQs.
First, rig 1 calls CQ (or test or dit-dit), THEN (not at the same time)
rig 2 calls CQ.
They go back and forth, as in a DUEL
