[CQ-Contest] V31 Belize Licensing

I am looking at heading down to V31 land in January.

Just curious if anything had changed in the way of obtaining a license?

20 US with serial numbers sent to the PUC.

Can you request a special call?

Did you have any issues with customs.  I read that I can request a 
temporary customs permit from the puc since the gear will not be staying 
in the country.
