Hello folks,
according to the current rules of the IARU HF Championship
(http://www.arrl.org/iaru-hf-championship) which will take place the
upcoming weekend, a new category was introduced by the contest
organizer: Single Operator Unlimited. It is very similar to Assisted
categories in other contests. The main feature: The operator is allowed
to use spotting nets, packet, or multi-channel decoders (e.g. CW Skimmer).
Therefore we have to add this new category with its weighting factor in
the WRTC 2018 Qualification Rules.
