I fully agree! Earning a SS mug is done by working all of the possible sections
in the contest. Only about 20% of entrants earn them, and I know that I have
earned mine only through hard work in the contest gathering up those mults, one
at a time. Mine sits on my desk as a proud symbol of that accomplishment.
Otherwise it is just another coffee mug.

I have a wall full of paper and plaques, just like most contesters do. Every
one of those has meaning, and is the result of a lot of effort, and yes, a lot
of luck too. Otherwise, they are just a bunch of paper and wood hanging there.
I know what it took to get those; sleepless nights, sore backs and necks,
hoarse voices, fingers that cramp up, and even cranky XYLs. But worth every
minute of it.
