[RTTY] Visalia IDXC Contest Dinner status

I'm getting enough direct emails about this that I'm feeling the need to
make a general announcement...

I'm working on the dinner, which means currently I'm trying to minimize a
rather substantial price increase the hotel/caterer is quoting. It's taking
longer than I really want it to...

Just rest assured that you'll hear about it here when we're ready to sell
tickets, and please spread the word.
