Perhaps someone can fill me in on what happens when I work someone
signing W1XYZ/QRP and I log him as W1XYZ? Which I do all the time. /QRP
may mean something to the sender but on this receiving end it means
nothing to me other than a misuse of a location identifier.... Is there
a penalty to me for that? I may have to change my ways..
