And for guys like me I used to like working ZD8Z against impossible odds. I
vividly recall working you one time back a couple decades ago
on 10m. I was at work at the time and had setup a horizontal 28MHz loop up
on the roof of my place of employment and had a heck of a time getting
through this one time, but eventually my 10w PEP of SSB from a converted CB
made it over to you and you confirmed my call and the contact was good.
Later , I walked outside to find that the loop had blown off the roof and
was actually laying on top of about a 3' snowbank. How weak must I have been
on Ascension?
You are a class act !
I worked you there many times on SSB and CW using various callsigns. Always
a treat. Music to my ears.
