[CQ-Contest] Special CWops IARU-WRTC Practice Friday

CWops is holding an IARU-WRTC practice session this coming Friday.

2000-2100Z 11 July. IARU and WRTC rules and exchanges apply.

WRTC teams will be on the air. (They will not be using the special
one-by-one WRTC-2014 call signs.) This is great chance for everyone to help
WRTC competitors make sure their setups are working.

Even though sponsored by CWops, don't neglect SSB.

CW rally frequencies are 28 to 38 kHz up from band edges, plus or minus as
activity dictates. Please be particularly considerate of ongoing QSOs and
DXpeditions.
