Hi Doug,
I know that for DXCC Aruba is SA as Barbados is NA and even Grenada which
is further south than Aruba is NA, but that is the DXCC i have not idea
what is the criteria they use for assigning the continent for each country,
there must be a good reason, something that is clear is that Central
America does not exist for them. What i was trying to point out is that for
practical analysis i wouldn't say Aruba counts for SA given the clear
geographical advantage this location has against stations that are
southernmost.
