[CQ-Contest] WRTC2014 Referee applications are due NOW!

Anyone who would like to be considered as a referee for WRTC2014 must have
their application submitted by December 1, 2014 (that?s tomorrow!).

You will need to complete the application and submit in order to be
considered.  We hope to have the referees announced within the coming week.
