Okay, after we do that, North America would want to do the same (split at
least into East and West), then - Europe - Western and Eastern... Compare
UA4 and CU2...Then... How about P4 and LU in South America?

How do you propose to handle this? Are you going to re-write all Contest
rules and make all the Logging Software developers to implement major
changes into their loggers?
