Hi Rex,
First, you have skimmers on your corners, but here we don't have that much.
Even in Japan you have not so many skimmers.
When running LP in a contest, it is usual to be unnoticed by NA or EU skimmers
because signals are buried in the QRM but to be easily workable by the stations
having 3elt Yagis.
Second, skimmers should broadcast their spots to a dedicated network like the
RBN. DX Clusters should be kept for human decoded spots.
