He can´t continue cqing while he is on a different band working Qs as only
one signal is allowed at the same time.
And concerning the break between calls, usually one stops the cq when he
hears a caller at the beginning not after that caller finished the call
completely.

Hello Peter, There is a big difference between one operator working one
frequency (regardless of his power level) and some aholes off on a different
band working Qs while having his other rig holding a freq with "empty CQs."
They are empty because, often, the stand-by time between calls is shorter
than my call sign and thus will not get an answer even it the op could
possibly be listening. He is not listening; he is holding a freq. What,
other than having lots of radios, is to stop him from holding freqs on 5
bands while he works for real on one only?
