[CQ-Contest] CQ WW Plaque Program

Been out of town for three weeks and just went to post office to get the big 
tub of mail I was dreading to get.  However, included was a plaque sponsored by 
KR2Q for the 2011 CQ WW CW Contest for USA MS category to add to the 
collection...  Correction, after 45 years of contesting, this is the entire 
collection!  Thanks, Doug and thanks to the CQ WW organization.  It means a lot!
