[CQ-Contest] 2013 North Dakota QSO Party

I worked several station on ten meters this last weekend and planned to
work some stations from North & South Dokota. I was suprised this that I
did not hear or get to work any contesters from North or South Dokota QSO
Party on ten meters. Did anyone else have any luck?
