In 2008 rubberclocking ment DQ= Red card for 9A1P,9A7A,E7DX,UU7J. In 2011 rubberclocking ment Yellow card for RU1A In 2012 rubberclocking ment Red card for II9P For example 9A1P in 2008 was DQ for 12qsos out of 6500 that were moved +/- 2min to comply with 10min rule. I think everybody who did this must be DQ or Redcard.
